OTC Functional Analyst
At Johnson Controls, you will help support the systems and processes that enable customers to move from order to cash with accuracy, speed, and confidence. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve business performance, strengthen operational reliability, and support the day-to-day flow of Oracle Fusion OTC processes.
Role Overview
As an OTC Functional Analyst, you will support and improve Order-to-Cash processes across areas such as order management, invoicing, receipts, customer master data, and month-end activities. This role is well suited for a professional with 4-6 years of experience who enjoys solving business problems, working closely with stakeholders, and turning functional requirements into effective system support and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash processes and contribute to secure, efficient business operations.
- Analyze functional requirements and help translate them into practical system solutions and process enhancements.




- Work with business and technical teams to support order management, invoicing, customer receipts, and related OTC activities.
- Assist with issue resolution, root cause analysis, and post-go-live support for business-critical processes.
- Support month-end close activities for OTC-related subledger processes, including reconciliation and documentation support.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve process reliability, data quality, and end-user experience.
- Contribute to testing, validation, and change support for system updates and process changes.
- Document functional flows, business rules, and support activities clearly and consistently.
