Role Overview-
As a Business Development Executive, your role is centred around building meaningful, long-term relationships with some of the most respected architects, designers, and industry professionals in the market.
This role is rooted in consistent, in-person engagement and thoughtful networking where time invested in building trust and rapport directly shapes business outcomes over the long term. Growth is driven by the strength of relationships, not the speed of transactions.
You will represent a premium brand, engage with high-value stakeholders, and identify opportunities where strong relationships evolve into lasting business associations. This requires patience, ownership, and the ability to stay invested in conversations that may unfold over months, sometimes even years.

Responsibilities-
Establish and cultivate high-value skilled relationships with architects, designers, builders, and key industry stakeholders, positioning yourself as a credible and trusted representative of the brand.
Drive consistent and purposeful networking efforts, with a strong focus on meeting stakeholders regularly, staying present in their ecosystem, and building familiarity over time.
Plan and conduct meaningful client interactions including meetings, presentations, and experience center visits with the objective of building long-term associations rather than shortterm transactions.
