Description
- Monitor operations through dashboards, GPS systems, and operational applications in real time.
- Track fleet movement, field activities, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with field teams, supervisors, and regional managers to resolve operational issues.
- Escalate critical incidents, delays, and exceptions to the concerned stakeholders.
- Ensure timely closure of operational alerts and incidents.
- Prepare and circulate daily operational reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Monitor SLA adherence and identify operational deviations.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, escalations, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Maintenance, Safety, Security, and IT for operational support.
- Support emergency response activities during critical operational situations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support shift handovers by providing complete operational updates.
