Key tasks; accountabilities and challenges of this role
o Owning complex customer requests and issue end to end.
o Deliver first point resolution for the customer in line with the operating procedures.
o Case Management of disputes from receipt, to raising a chargeback
o Triage and interpretation of requests incoming customer requests to determine if enough information has been provided, or whether more info is required from the customer
o Adherence to VISA scheme conditions
Essential capabilities
o Open to work in a 24x7 workplace.
o Experience in handling voice process in customer facing role.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
o Attention to detail.
o Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to access the impact of process changes and call out with relevant stakeholders prior to implementation.
