Job Purpose: The Lead - Module Process looks after overall process control activities, Defect reduction analysis and Process Excellence tasks including alternate vendor development. Focus on process control, resource optimization, safety compliance, process improvement,
and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure productive and high-quality output.
Responsibilities
Process Management:
- Responsible for Front end and Back end process functioning, analysis and process excellence activities. Responsible for customer satisfaction through providing the test results and reports. Weekly and monthly review of troubleshooting activities of all critical machine functioning in terms of process control and various trials and process excellence activities.
Resource Allocation:
- Allocate resources including equipment, materials, and personnel effectively to optimize process functioning.
Process Control:
- Implement and oversee process control measures to ensure solar panel meets quality standards and specifications.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and support managers, engineers and technicians involved in all CTQ process testing and troubleshooting work.
