Your work profile

We are seeking a SAP Tool Chain Architect (Consultant) with robust expertise in Process Intelligence and Process Insights, capable of delivering analytics-driven improvements across enterprise business functions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience analyzing process data, building KPI frameworks, developing dashboards,



and supporting operational excellence initiatives.
- Monitor, manage, and optimize process mining data pipelines, process models & dashboards.
- Translate business requirements into detailed, scalable technical specifications aligned with global best practices.
- Develop, govern, and standardize KPI frameworks including cycle time, wait time, rework, SLA adherence, and conformance metrics.
- Build recurring process insight reports, dashboards, and performance packs for leadership decision‑making.
- Apply functional understanding of SAP business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, etc.) to validate data and interpret process variations.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations and quantified impact assessments supporting improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, metadata standards, and security requirements for all integrations.
