- Branch asset Maintenance
- Vendor Payments including Agent payments
- Bank Accounts Management
- Trail Balance, P & L and Balance sheet
- Responsible for process & compliance to ensure 100% compliance of internal & statutory norms
- Controller of Receivables- Stock Taking of receivables & Payment track for the debt outstanding
- Management of entire collection & payment mechanism of Chit operations
- Finalization of Trial Balance, P & L and Balance sheet
- Reconciliation of office accounts & bank accounts
- Cost Control & Improvement in operational efficiency
- MIS Management
