RTR Functional Analyst

Role Overview
We are looking for an RTR Functional Analyst with 4-6 years of experience to support Oracle Fusion Financials processes, month-end close activities, and finance transformation initiatives. You will work closely with RTR leads and cross-functional stakeholders to improve process performance, support issue resolution, and help ensure reliable financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, enhancement, and day-to-day operation of RTR processes and solutions in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Work with finance and project teams to analyze current and future-state R2R processes and identify improvement opportunities.




- Assist with month-end close activities, including process coordination, issue follow-up, and reporting support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany, and tax-related process requirements.
- Participate in UAT by preparing scenarios, executing tests, documenting results, and tracking defects through resolution.
- Gather business inputs, document process requirements, and help translate them into practical system and process solutions.
- Prepare reports, validate data, and support decision-making with clear analysis and accurate documentation.
- Partner with finance, IT, and other functional teams to resolve issues and support successful delivery of enhancements and projects.
