Key tasks; accountabilities and challenges of this role
1.
To interpret and process the allocated notice, order or request efficiently, accurately and in accordance with the notice, order or request, including by the specified due date.
2. To promptly action request in accordance with relevant SLA and timelines
3. Liaising directly with Statutory Compliance team as required in order to clarify scope of notice.
4. To identify and produce information and/or documents required to be produced pursuant to a notice or order.
5. To recognise and distinguish notices/orders which compel NAB to produce information/documents and notices/orders which do not compel NAB to produce information/documents.
6. Ability to assess and determine the scope of documents and information NAB is required to produce in respect of a notice/order.
7. To identify notices, orders and correspondence which should be directed to another NAB team.
