The Order to Cash (OTC) process at Yahoo is very critical considering the importance of managing working capital and complex regulations across the globe along with maintaining healthy customer relationships. We partner with a variety of teams such as Sales, Sales Operations, Legal,
Tax, Accounting, Audit, Treasury and Corporate Applications teams to make sure the Order to Cash operations are running efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of Yahoo. Customer interactions and relationships play a key role in achieving the objectives of this function, as well as adherence to internal controls, processes and policies, and adherence to applicable regulatory compliance.
The Senior Credit and Data Quality Analyst is part of the OTC team, which is responsible for all the activities related to delivering services to, and collecting payment from, our customers. Six primary teams make up the OTC department - Data Quality, Credit Assessment, Order Quality, Billing, Collections, and Cash Application.
