Job Purpose

Support the company’s vision and objectives by driving consistency in the training provided through the development of eLearning materials, presentations and programs for various stakeholders that are current, accurate, relevant, and effective.





This can be done by managing the delivery of end-to-end content creation in an effective and creative manner while ensuring it is aligned with the requirements of the key stakeholders.

Experience in an instructional design and content development role is essential. The candidate will contribute towards the building of a strong team to be able to deliver effective training content.

The Instructional Designer will work closely with Faculty Leads and key stakeholders to ensure the training topics and related content is structured in an effective manner using the correct instructional design methodologies and training modality. The role requires good communication skills to ensure the Faculty Lead and key stakeholder’s requirements are understood and met in an effective and timely manner.
