YOUR NEW ROLE
- Collaborate with Traders, Quants, Operations, Market Risk,
and Product Control teams to understand business needs
- Provide expert guidance on FX and Commodities workflows, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Act as the primary escalation point for production priorities impacting Markets business functions
- Ensure operational stability and proactively manage incidents, defects, and capacity risks
- Uphold NAB's risk and compliance obligations across operational, technology, and regulatory domains
- Drive performance uplift by modernising tooling, automation, and engineering best practices
- Seek efficiency opportunities across processes, workflows, and technology stack
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Minimum 17+ years of total experience, with extensive hands-on Murex expertise
- Deep understanding of: Trade lifecycle across FX and Commodities, Murex datamodel, workflows, MxML, MxMLExchange, EOD batches, MDRS APIs, integration patterns, and messaging frameworks
