About the role
Are you looking for an opportunity to develop effective and profitable consumer shopper marketing tools to maximize brand performance? As Category Customer Marketing Manager,
you will be responsible for driving Haleon’s sales growth through the effective translation of brand strategy into shopper support tools. You will focus on creating shopper sell-out tools, educating in-store experts, and developing best-in-class visibility and communication plans across relevant channels.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of shopper marketing support within scope across all channels where the brand is distributed.
- Develop relevant and meaningful education for in-store experts.
- Create in-store visibility and category communication through the development of point-of-sale materials.
- Lead multi-brand and cross-category support projects to ensure coherence and address all elements of successful sales support.
- Partner with Brand Marketing to translate brand growth drivers and strategies into effective shopper tools.
