Marketing Campaign Activation Lead

We combine digital expertise, compelling content creation, seamless campaign execution, and channel optimization to deliver business impact. Working in close collaboration with key stakeholders, we ensure every activity is business-aligned, data-driven, and customer-focused.

About the job
In this role, you shape creative and impactful activation tactics for integrated campaigns that deliver on business objectives. You work with campaign planners and activation and communications specialists to build the campaign plan – objectives, content strategy, channel tactics, responsibilities and budgets.





To make sure activation runs smoothly, you lead the assigned campaign team towards a joint goal. You are comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external agencies across all relevant channels. Content creation is part of the work, and you collaborate with subject matter experts, creative teams, communication specialists, and agencies to produce materials that meet campaign needs. In addition, you are used to utilizing content generation tools, and ensuing that brand guidelines and internal processes are followed throughout. Asana will be your key Project Management Tool.

You keep a close eye on performance data, adjusting tactics when needed, and providing clear updates to stakeholders, so everyone stays aligned.
