YOUR NEW ROLE
- Support and maintain production systems and applications,
ensuring high availability and stability across IOD, Azure and AWS infrastructure.
- Work across the full support lifecycle — incident, change, problem and configuration management (ITIL) — through to deployment, patching and Disaster Recovery exercises.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex production issues, engaging in hands-on technical work and technical spikes where needed.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call roster to restore services and applications in line with business needs.
- Review system and E2E (where appropriate) artefacts to ensure quality requirements are met, and actively contribute to Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, infrastructure and business stakeholders to ensure the success of service delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 5+ years' experience in production/application support, ideally within banking and/or finance, with HNW banking and trading domain exposure preferred.
- Robust ITIL
