We are excited to invite a skilled sales professional to join our dynamic Retail Health team as a Relationship Manager/Cluster Sales Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our health-focused business, managing and motivating a team of IRDA agents. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious monthly targets and expanding our retail health presence. As a leader, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding new agents, providing them with the necessary training and support to excel in their roles. Your solid communication and leadership skills will be key in building a high-performing team and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of IRDA agents, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development.
- Onboard new IRDA agents each month, ensuring a seamless and efficient process, and providing them with comprehensive training on health products and services.
- Achieve and consistently surpass monthly targets for Retail Health GWP, driving sales performance and business growth.




- Conduct regular training sessions to keep agents updated with the latest industry knowledge and trends, ensuring they are well-equipped to serve our clients.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, representing the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.
