About the role

To drive service revenue growth and AR Management ensure seamless delivery of after-sales services for Light Commercial Products by effectively managing key customer accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction,



and achieving business objectives through strong relationship management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:
- Manage and grow service business revenue for assigned key accounts in the Light Commercial Products portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop account plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and service delivery targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Service Operations, Sales, Logistic, Finance, Spares management team, PMs desk and Technical Support) to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor service contracts, renewals, warranty claims, and annual maintenance agreements (AMCs).
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling service offerings and value-added solutions.
