Mission: Why This Role Exists

In the Payouts team, we enable money to move reliably from Peach Payments to merchants, beneficiaries, and partners across Africa. Our portfolio covers the products and services that power payouts - including initiation and orchestration of disbursements, status tracking and reconciliation,



payout configuration and APIs for merchant integration, and the operational tooling that keeps payouts secure, compliant, and observable at scale.

This team maintains and evolves existing payout capabilities while building new features to support merchant needs and new business opportunities. As a Senior Engineer, you will own complex work end-to-end and help less senior engineers grow through pairing, design reviews, and clear technical guidance.
