Position Summary: -
As a Shift In-Charge,
you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of the plant during your assigned shift. You will coordinate production, Maintenance, utility, quality control, environment, housekeeping, and safety activities, ensuring compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company regulations.

- Ensure the plant operates efficiently and safely by defined SOPs during your shift.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor shift activities to meet production targets while ensuring quality standards and proper housekeeping.
- Monitor daily plant performance to ensure production, quality, and safety targets are met.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and management guidelines.
- Report daily to the Plant In-Charge and follow management protocols, particularly during emergencies.
