Position Overview:
As a Department Manager for our store, you will be responsible for managing a key department and supporting the store's daily operations. This is an excellent chance for recent graduates to grow within the retail industry and take on a leadership role early in their career. You’ll work closely with experienced leaders, develop your management skills, and directly contribute to the store's success by meeting key performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement (35%)
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets for your department.
- Understand sales data and work with your team to develop strategies that drive growth.
- Support in driving initiatives to meet and exceed store sales goals, aiming for 110% or more of target achievement.
- Basket Size (10%)
- Focus on enhancing the average basket size through creative strategies and customer engagement.
- Work with the team to improve basket size year-over-year,



striving for a 7% or higher growth over the previous year.
- Conversion (10%)
- Assist in improving the store's conversion rate by engaging with customers and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Aim for a year-over-year growth in conversion rates, targeting more than 2% improvement.
- Store Health Metrics (SDM) (10%)
- Support store operations to maintain and improve store health metrics with a goal of achieving a score above 85%.
- Assist in implementing operational improvements to optimize overall store performance.
- Hit Rate (10%)
- Help the team drive customer engagement and ensure that the store meets its hit rate goals, with a target above 60%.
- Monitor performance and collaborate with the team to improve key engagement metrics.
