Job Description

Process - Order to Cash & ICO
Sub - processes in Scope:
- Customer Master Data (setup and Modification)
- Billing
- Cash Application
- Collections and Customer Service.




- Month End Reporting and Reconciliations Activities

Evaluation Parameters
- Sr. Associate Ops
- Total Work Experience (in years) - 1-3 Yrs.
- Educational + Professional Qualifications: Accounting Degree Commerce Graduate

Domain Knowledge and Experience -
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferable in AR & ICO area.
- Working knowledge in any ERP platform.
- Good knowledge of excel.
- Positive accounting knowledge.
- Team Management Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create Customer and Modify (if required).
- Raise accurate Billing Invoices.
- Posts customer payments by recording cash checks and credit card transactions.
- Call or email customer to collect outstanding invoices.
- Preparation of Cash Application Report.
- Report unapplied entries.
- Dunning letters and preparation of Statement of Account
- Language Capability: English Domestic and International.
- Spoken Proficiency: Required Good communication
