Your work profile
- Lead end-to-end data management activities, including data migration, data quality, and master data management.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and migration using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and ensure high-quality data delivery.
- Support SIT, UAT,



cutover, go-live, and post-production activities for data migration projects.
- Prepare functional documentation, resolve data issues, and provide production support while ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

Key skills required; -
- Lead data migration workstreams from assessment through hyper care.
- Manage data profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, mock loads, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with SAP functional consultants, business users, technical teams, and ETL developers.
- Review migration design documents, mapping specifications, and reconciliation reports.
- Manage project planning, delivery tracking, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and quality assurance.
- Lead client workshops and provide migration advisory.
- Mentor consultants and support capability development.
