– Learning & Development, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping
capability, talent, and performance across the organization.

You will become part of a dynamic and agile HR team of approximately 20
colleagues, operating with a strong improvement and continuous learning
mindset.



Working in close collaboration with HR counterparts in Denmark, the
team delivers best‑in‑class people solutions by leveraging diverse expertise
and global perspectives.

In this role, you will partner closely with Learning & Development
Consultants (both in IN & DK), Line Of Business - Managers, HR-Business
Partner and support a growing organization of around 700 highly engaged
professionals within pharma engineering. As a trusted advisor, you will act as
a key point of reference for Learning, Talent, and Performance Development
initiatives, ensuring alignment with NNE India’s strategic priorities and
execution plans. You will actively champion Talent Capability &
Development, embedding it deeply across the organization and keeping it high on
the leadership agenda.
