· Perform preventive and predictive maintenance for SMT and PTH equipment as per the maintenance schedule.
· Attend equipment breakdowns promptly and ensure minimum machine downtime through effective troubleshooting.
· Monitor, maintain, and update equipment maintenance records, including MTTR, MTBF, breakdown hours, and downtime analysis.
· Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) whenever required to resolve equipment-related issues and improve machine performance.
· Support the installation, commissioning, and qualification of current equipment as per project requirements.
· Possess working knowledge of facility equipment and utilities, including SDB/PDB panels, air compressors, HVAC systems.




· Manage critical spare parts inventory, ensure spare availability, and support effective spare parts planning.
· Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements and maintain all relevant documentation.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
· Follow all safety procedures, statutory requirements, and company policies while carrying out maintenance activities.
