Your work profile
- Lead the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of process intelligence pipelines, dashboards, analysis models, and execution applications.
- Translate business needs into enterprise‑grade architectures and scalable technical solutions aligned with best practices.




- Govern and refine KPI frameworks across enterprise functions—including cycle time, rework, wait time, conformance, and SLA adherence.
- Lead the discovery, analysis, design, and documentation of end-to-end business processes across enterprise functions.
- Develop and maintain process models, value streams, and workflow designs using BPMN 2.0 standards to ensure consistency and enterprise-wide process visibility.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process flows and transformation requirements.
- Establish and enforce process management standards, governance frameworks, and modelling conventions across the organization.
- Facilitate process workshops, process walkthroughs, and design sessions to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Drive process harmonization, simplification, and standardization initiatives across business units and geographies.
