At Scalemetrics, we are backing the next generation of category-defining European Big Data & AI startups. We are looking for an ambitious, relentless, and finance-sharp Startup Fund Manager who wants to become extremely successful in Venture Capital.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 job where you simply execute tasks. You will be given the autonomy to create, automate, and build. You will lead deal sourcing across Europe’s top tech hubs, run institutional-grade financial due diligence,



and use cutting-edge AI to automate operations—effectively running the pipeline with the efficiency of a 10-person team.

? What You Will Do

1. AI-Powered Sourcing & Deal Flow
Source Europe's Best AI & Big Data Startups: Map and scout the top 1% of European early-stage (Pre-Seed/Seed) startups across AI, Machine Learning, Data Infrastructure, and Analytics.
Build Automated Intelligence Engines: Use AI, web scrapers, API pipelines, and databases (PitchBook, GitHub, Hugging Face, Harmonic) to discover high-potential startups before anyone else does.

2. Financial Due Diligence & Valuation
Rigorously Audit Financials: Analyze complex financial decks, 3-statement models, cash runways, unit economics (LTV/CAC, burn rates, gross margins), and cap tables.
