About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Tenant Administrator with little Azure expertise to manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 workplace. This role focuses on end-to-end tenant administration and tenant-to-tenant migrations, ensuring security, complaint, and seamless collaboration experience across the organization. Azure administration knowledge is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration
Manage and maintain core M365 services — Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Security & Compliance Center.
Implement and monitor governance, security, and compliance policies to ensure regulatory adherence and data protection.
Oversee system health, performance monitoring, and capacity planning for M365 workloads.
Tenant Migrations
Plan and lead Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenan
