Zoho Developer L3 – Job Description

Role Purpose

Zoho Developer L3 will be responsible for the design and architecture of
complex, scalable Zoho suite solutions that span multiple applications and
systems

Core Technical Responsibilities

* Customization and Development of solutions within Zoho suite applications
(CRM, Forms, Commerce, Notebook, Flow, Projects, Survey, Campaigns, RoutIQ
and other Zoho suite tools to meet specific business needs.

* Deluge Scripting and Automation:



Write and optimize complex Deluge scripts,
custom functions, and workflows to automate business processes and enhance
functionality.

* System Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with third-party software and
internal systems using APIs, webhooks, and other web services.

* Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders to gather requirements, map process flows, and translate
business needs into technical specifications and solutions.

* Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards,
and analytics, as well as develop technical documentation and user guides for
developed solutions.

* Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications
