Role Summary
We are looking for a high-performing PMS & AIF Specialist to take the driver’s seat. If you thrive on navigating complex alternative strategies, co-pitching high-ticket deals alongside top RMs, and shaping the narrative for ultra-high-net-worth portfolios, this is your launchpad.
You won't just track the market; you will curate exclusive deals, craft winning pitch frameworks, and directly enable the closure.

Key Responsibilities
Curate the Best-in-Class: Hunt down, evaluate, and bring onboard premier PMS and AIF (Cat I, II & III) opportunities with elite risk-adjusted return potential.
Close Big-Ticket Deals:



Step into the room with HNI/UHNI clients alongside RMs and Private Wealth advisors—bringing domain authority to close high-value transactions (₹50L+).
Sharpen the Pitch: Create killer pitch decks, sharp product positioning, and competitive "battle cards" that empower our entire wealth sales force to win.
Track & Engage: Keep portfolio intelligence sharp. Track fund performance, deliver insights, and build high-touch engagement programs that keep our top-tier clients hooked.
Unlock Exclusive Access: Build direct, strategic relationships with leading AMCs, PMS fund managers, and AIF sponsors to secure priority deal access for Bajaj Broking.

Qualifications & Key Requirements
8–12 years of experience in Alternative Investments, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Broking focusing on HNI/UHNI clients.
In-depth knowledge of Indian financial markets, PMS strategies, and AIF regulations (Category I, II, III).
