Key Responsibilities:

Organize appropriate shifts and manning levels to meet business requirements.
Ensure inbound stock is recovered, inspected, and received efficiently.
Monitor performance of ground handlers and warehouse providers.
Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and meet SLA targets.
Develop a high-performance service culture within the department.
Manage individual performance and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure secure working practices and participate in quality initiatives.
Ensure compliance with work time regulations, including monitoring employee attendance, shift adherence, break schedules, overtime, and statutory working hours in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.
Minimum 1 year in an SPL environment.
Minimum 3 years working in a cross-functional/matrix organization.
