Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound operations and ensure results align with customer SLAs.
Maintain positive working relationships and communication with customers and stakeholders.
Lead and handle independent inbound operations.
Assist in meeting performance targets and participate in problem-solving processes.
Ensure service providers meet requirements and follow SOPs.
Provide accurate inputs for billing and MIS.
Review daily working processes and manage people effectively.
Ensure operational issues are registered, resolved, or escalated appropriately.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and achievement of KPIs.
Promote safe working practices and participate in quality initiatives.

Qualification:

Minimum 6 years in the technology sector.

Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma in Supply Chain Management (SCM) / Logistics.

Skills and Competencies:

Communication skills (English/Local Language), spoken and written.
Leadership skills.
PAN India Transportation knowledge.
Good documentation skills (screening, archiving, retrieval).
