Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for key US Staffing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, account management, recruitment operations, and team leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery while building long-term client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, stakeholder management, and recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the complete recruitment account for assigned US Staffing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent client engagement and relationship management.
Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and delivery SLAs.




Monitor team productivity, recruitment metrics, quality, and turnaround time.
Conduct regular client meetings, provide hiring updates, and address escalations proactively.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely candidate submissions and closures.
Track account performance, pipeline, hiring forecasts, and revenue opportunities.
Drive client satisfaction through consistent communication and high-quality service delivery.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and expansion of existing business.
Ensure compliance with client processes, recruitment standards, and internal policies.
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and account reviews.
Collaborate with leadership to improve recruitment processes and delivery efficiency.
