Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Distribution Sales to drive distribution growth and strengthen strategic partnerships across the evolving media ecosystem. This role will focus on VAS, IPTV, and emerging technology-led distribution initiatives while working closely with DPOs, ISPs, broadcasters, and key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and accelerate revenue growth.

Position Specification
Qualifications & Experience
3–6 years of experience in Distribution Sales, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
Proven experience in managing both B2B and B2C businesses, with strong exposure to channel/distribution partner management.
Candidates from Telecom, ISP, Broadband, FMCG, Banking, Financial Services, Consumer Durables, or Insurance industries will be preferred.
MBA from a reputed Tier 2, or leading Tier 3 Business School preferred.
Proven track record with reputed organizations known for solid sales and distribution practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a polished,



client-facing personality.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and nurture senior stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.
