Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager - Maintenance & Utility

Location: Jhagadia nearby Ankleshwar

Experience: 5 - 6 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of utilities: boilers, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, WTP/ETP, DG sets, HVAC.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for utility & plant equipment.
- Ensure continuous utility supply to production with minimum downtime.
- Maintain statutory compliance for boiler, pressure vessels, DG sets, and safety norms.
- Coordinate installation & commissioning of new utility equipment.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, utility consumption records, and reports.
- Supervise technician team and ensure protected work practices (PTW, LOTO).




- Handle vendor coordination, AMC management, and spare planning.
- Implement energy-saving and reliability improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
