About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for IT and non-IT roles, and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Negotiate salary, compensation, and joining dates with selected candidates.
Prepare and release offer letters.




Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
Coordinate with HR for smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Update and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support campus hiring and recruitment drives when required.
Promote employer branding initiatives across various platforms.

Requirements

Required Skills
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
