Manage and support Active Directory infrastructure across Hyper-V, HPE HCI, Azure, and AWS.
Provide 24x7 operational support ensuring high availability of AD services.
Handle user identity and access management (IAM) activities.
Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Execute reactive maintenance to meet SLA performance targets.
Monitor system health, performance, and security complianceImplement AD changes, upgrades, and patching activities.
Support hybrid cloud AD environments and integrations.
Ensure adherence to security policies and access controls.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for service improvements.
