Responsibilities

Engineering and design execution for water and wastewater treatment projects globally.
Working as a Project Engineering Manager in the engineering department,



the incumbent shall primarily work directly on performing engineering functions related to the project business under the direction of the Head of Engineering.
Assist in the growth and development of engineering talent within the Engineering team by providing guidance to other engineering staff and contributing to regular, frequent knowledge sharing sessions.
Ensure that engineering is completed accurately within schedule and budge
Support the Engineering Manager in establishing, maintaining and applying procedures and protocols that will enhance the quality, efficiency and repeatability of engineering activities throughout the department
Carry out value engineering assessments of all projects under the incumbent's control. Conduct technical analyses and feasibility studies and provide expert advice on process optimization and technology selection.
Receive the basic process design from the proposals / sales team.
Prepare / develop / supervise P&IDs;, basic Engineering / design, detailed Engineering / design based on customer requirements
