About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, with solid exposure to mid-to-senior-level and leadership hiring.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously, and partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and close positions within defined timelines.

Experience of working with an HR Recruitment Agency / Search Firm will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities-

1. End-to-End Recruitment

· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding the hiring requirement to candidate onboarding.

· Source, screen, shortlist, interview,



and coordinate candidates across various functions and levels.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

2. Leadership & Critical Hiring

· Manage hiring for mid-level, senior-level, and leadership positions.

· Work closely with business heads, and senior stakeholders to understand critical hiring requirements.

· Handle confidential and sensitive leadership hiring mandates professionally.

· Identify and engage with passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other talent channels.

3. Stakeholder Management

· Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, KRAs, KPIs, competencies, and team requirements.

· Develop a clear understanding of the business and its talent needs.
