About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Product Manager
to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge healthcare software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS/HIMS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), healthcare workflows, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for healthcare applications.
- Gather and prioritize customer and business requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and implementation teams.
- Collaborate with hospitals, clinicians, and stakeholders to improve product usability.
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards and regulations (DHA, NABIDH, Riayati, Malaffi, etc.).
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product strategy.
- Manage product releases and coordinate go-live activities.

Required Qualifications




- 5+ years of Product Management experience in Healthcare IT.
- Strong understanding of HIMS/HIS, EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, PACS, Pharmacy, and Revenue Cycle workflows.
- Experience working with UAE healthcare providers is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
- Experience with mobile healthcare applications.
- Understanding of healthcare integrations and APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
