We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive GeM Portal Tender Executive to manage government tenders through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender management, bid preparation, document verification, product listing, order processing, and coordination with internal teams and government departments. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of GeM Portal operations, MS Excel, and government procurement procedures. (Indeed)

Key Responsibilities
- Search and analyze relevant GeM tenders daily.
- Prepare and submit bids before deadlines.
- Manage GeM registration, seller account, and product catalog.
- Upload required documents and maintain tender records.
- Handle quotations, BOQ, technical & financial bids.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal departments.
- Track tender status, orders, payments, and contract completion.
- Ensure compliance with GeM rules and government procurement guidelines.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain documentation.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of GeM Portal & E-Tendering.
- MS Excel, Word & PDF documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Graduation preferred (B.Com/BBA/Any Graduate).
