Role Description
The Senior Legal Manager will oversee and manage all legal matters related to property development, transactions, and operations for Venus Group of Companies. This full-time on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents; ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and advising management on legal risks and mitigation strategies. The role includes coordinating with external legal counsel, supporting dispute resolution and litigation processes,



and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate, corporate, and regulatory law. The Senior Legal Manager will collaborate closely with project, finance, and management teams to ensure that business decisions align with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with expertise in real estate and corporate legal frameworks.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Experience in Legal Consulting, providing transparent, practical legal advice to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage Legal Compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant statutes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Hands-on experience handling Legal Affairs, including regulatory filings, dispute resolution, and liaison with external advisors and authorities.
