Salesforce Project Manager Job Description
About the Role
Ubers Commercial teams rely on Salesforce as the core platform for merchant acquisition, account management, quoting (CPQ), and contracting (CLM). Across Retail, Direct, and Delivery businesses, commercial teams frequently encounter Salesforce-related operational challenges that impact deal velocity, merchant onboarding, contract execution, and overall sales productivity.
We are looking for a Salesforce-savvy Program Manager with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to serve as the primary operational partner for regional commercial teams. The ideal candidate can independently analyze Salesforce data, identify operational challenges, develop recommendations, and present insights to senior stakeholders through clear, executive-ready communications.
This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of Commercial Operations, SalesOps, BizSys, Data COE, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and regional Sales teams.



The ideal candidate combines solid Salesforce expertise with strong analytical capabilities, structured problem solving, and executive-level communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Commercial Operations, or related functions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce processes including opportunity management, account hierarchies, quoting (CPQ), contracting (CLM), and sales workflows.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, diagnose root causes, and generate actionable business insights.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
