We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Café Manager to join our team at HeeBee Coffee. As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café, leading and developing the team, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and creating an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and hospitality, possesses strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily café operations: Oversee all aspects of daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures, food and beverage preparation, service quality, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café.
- Team leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate café staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Schedule shifts, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Customer experience: Ensure every customer receives friendly,



efficient, and personalized service. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and supply management: Monitor inventory levels, order coffee beans, food items, beverages, and café supplies, and oversee stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product freshness. Conduct regular inventory counts and manage supplier relationships.
- Quality assurance: Maintain high standards for food and beverage preparation, presentation, and consistency. Regularly inspect equipment, facilities, and service areas to ensure compliance with company quality standards and health regulations.
