Role Description
The Sales Marketing Manager (PAN India) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies across India to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, coordinating with internal teams for campaign execution, and tracking performance metrics. The role involves conducting market research, developing promotional plans,



supporting field sales teams, and preparing regular reports and forecasts for leadership. The Sales Marketing Manager will also collaborate with senior management to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a PAN India capacity
- Strong skills in market research, customer relationship management, and campaign planning
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and present insights to leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams on-site
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with travel as required within India
- Proficiency in stand
