Qualification:

Graduate / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Role Overview

Soltrac Power is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage the planning, coordination, and documentation of solar projects. The role involves coordinating between departments, maintaining project records, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely execution from project confirmation to successful completion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

*Project Planning & Coordination*
- * Prepare project schedules and execution plans after project confirmation.
- * Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, technical, liaison, and site teams for smooth project execution.




- * Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved as planned.

*Project Documentation*
- * Maintain complete project files, including customer documents, approvals, BOQs, drawings, work orders, and completion reports.
- * Ensure all project-related documents are updated and readily available.
- * Prepare and maintain project trackers and status reports.

*Execution Monitoring*
- * Track daily progress of ongoing projects and identify delays or bottlenecks.
- * Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion of installation and commissioning.
- * Escalate project issues to management and follow up until resolution.

*Inter-Department Coordination*
- * Schedule and coordinate project kick-off meetings.
- * Ensure timely communication between all departments involved in project execution.
- * Follow up on pending tasks with concerned teams.

*Client Coordination*
- * Keep customers informed about project progress
