Role Description :
The Sales Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth for Valenso Spaces’ commercial interior and turnkey workspace solutions. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves generating and qualifying leads,



conducting client meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals and commercial offers aligned with client requirements. The role includes managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, coordinating closely with design, project, and operations teams to ensure client needs are accurately captured and delivered. The Sales Business Development Manager will maintain long-term client relationships, track market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership. The role also involves representing the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client visits to expand brand visibility and market presence.
