As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to transform ideas into visually impactful content, maintain a consistent brand identity, and deliver high-quality creative assets across social media and digital channels. The role offers the opportunity to work on founder-led branding initiatives, thought leadership content, and premium visual storytelling in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality static creatives, carousels, announcements,



thought leadership posts, and engagement-driven social media content
- Develop and maintain a modern, professional, and consistent visual identity across all digital communication channels
- Edit and optimize short-form videos for social media using provided footage, including founder videos, events, office walkthroughs, and promotional content
- Create engaging video content with text overlays, transitions, motion graphics, and platform-specific formatting
- Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to understand creative requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives
- Manage multiple design and video editing projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Optimize creative content for various digital platforms to maximize audience engagement and reach
- Stay updated on emerging design
