Position: Captain – Restaurant

Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Assign tables and coordinate with service associates.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and recommend menu items.
- Ensure prompt and professional service throughout the guest's meal.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
- Train, motivate, and supervise restaurant service staff.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and table setup standards.
- Monitor stock of service equipment and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure billing accuracy and proper closing of guest checks.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving guest satisfaction and departmental goals.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and guest handling skills.




- Solid leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.
