Role Description
The Creative Head is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for leading the creative vision and output across all client projects. This role oversees the development of brand concepts, campaigns, and visual identities, ensuring work aligns with client goals and IMD Brand’s standards of quality. The Creative Head guides and mentors the design and content teams, manages workflows,



and coordinates with account and strategy stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming and refining ideas, reviewing and approving creative assets, maintaining brand consistency, and presenting concepts to clients. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends, bringing cutting-edge thinking to projects, and helping drive the agency’s creative growth.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to define overarching concepts and guide multidisciplinary teams.
