Role Description
The Regional Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing academic and operational activities across designated centers or branches in the region. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve enrollment, retention, and academic quality goals. The Regional Incharge will coordinate with center heads, faculty,



and administrative staff to resolve issues, optimize processes, and maintain a positive learning environment. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular reviews, preparing reports for senior management, supporting local marketing and outreach activities, and fostering strong relationships with students, families, and community stakeholders. The Regional Incharge is expected to represent The Narayana Group’s values and ensure consistent delivery of its educational promise across the region.

Qualifications
- Experience in regional operations management, center administration, or multi-location supervision within education or a similar service-driven sector.
- Robust leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to guide and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in planning, coordination, and problem-solving, including handling escalations and implementing process
